Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports, building models, and analyzing key financial metrics
• Help maintain client relationships by preparing presentations and supporting meetings
• Support in evaluating creditworthiness and managing financial risks
• Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions, including due diligence and documentation
• Contribute to improving financial reporting systems and operational processes
